Terms and Conditions of the Vapiano Lovers Loyalty Program

- Purpose of the Program
The Vapiano Lovers loyalty program allows its members to accumulate Hearts (loyalty points) during their purchases, which can then be exchanged for benefits and products in participating Vapiano restaurants in France.
- Membership Conditions
Membership in the program is free.
To join, the customer must provide a mobile phone number and/or an email address.
The program is valid only in Vapiano restaurants located in France.
- How to Participate?
To have Hearts credited, the member must identify themselves with each order by providing their phone number or email address.
Without identification, no Hearts can be credited.
- Communications and Preferences
Vapiano Lovers communicates exclusive discounts and special offers to its members.
If the member indicates in the “Vapiano Lovers Information” section of their account that they do not wish to receive offers or advertisements, they will only receive non-commercial information related to the program.
These preferences can be modified at any time via vapiano.fr or the mobile application.
- Accumulating Hearts
5.1 Accumulation Rule
Members earn 10 Hearts for every euro (€) spent on eligible orders.
5.2 Eligible Orders
Eligible items include: pizzas, pastas, starters, desserts, drinks, and menus in participating restaurants in France.
5.3 Restrictions and Exclusions
- Hearts cannot be accumulated beyond 1500 Hearts.
- Hearts are not awarded on free orders.
- Hearts are not cumulative for Click & Collect orders.
- Each person can only have one account.
- Participation in the program and Hearts are personal and non-transferable: they cannot be sold, exchanged between individuals, or transferred in any way.
5.4 Validity of Hearts and Activity Requirement
Hearts do not expire as long as the account remains active for a minimum period of 12 months.
Activity is defined as any purchase made while connected to the Vapiano Lovers program (member identification at the time of the order).
- Account Information
Information related to the Vapiano Lovers account (including the balance of Hearts earned and used) is accessible at any time on vapiano.fr or via the mobile application.
- Redeeming Hearts for Benefits
7.1 Redemption Conditions
- A purchase is required to benefit from a free product.
- The member must specify the benefit they wish to obtain at the time of the order.
- Hearts must be used in a single transaction during the order/payment.
- Redemption is done at the cash register in a participating restaurant in France.
- Members can redeem a maximum of 3 gifts per day.
7.2 Benefits Catalog
- Dessert / Bruschetta: 350 Hearts
- Non-alcoholic drink: 450 Hearts
- €5 coupon: 650 Hearts
- Garlic Bread: 850 Hearts
- Free dish (permanent menu): 1300 Hearts
- Kids menu: 1550 Hearts
- Free meal (dish from the permanent menu + soft drink + dessert from the permanent menu): 2150 Hearts
7.3 Important Rules
- Hearts are neither exchangeable nor refundable and cannot be converted into cash or credits under any circumstances.
- In case of order cancellation, used Hearts are not re-credited.
- Other Program Benefits
Depending on the current offers, the program may include:
- -30% on the next visit after registration and acceptance of the terms and conditions (offer valid 12 hours after registration, usable within 1 month, up to a bill of €100, i.e., a maximum of €30).
- Birthday gift: if the date of birth is provided, a gift is offered (Garlic Bread or Cheesecake) if the member visits the restaurant within one month.
- Referral program: refer a friend with your code and earn 100 Hearts each after the referral’s registration and first order.
- Student offer -25%: up to a bill of €60, i.e., a maximum of €15, valid once per day (a school email address is required).
- Other: invitations to private events, personalized offers, etc.
- Account Inactivity and Data Deletion (GDPR)
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR), if a member does not use their account for more than 3 years, their account may be automatically deleted, along with all associated personal data and available Hearts.
Usage is defined as making a purchase while connected to the Vapiano Lovers program (member identification at the time of the order).
- Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Program
- Vapiano France reserves the right to change, limit, or modify the program rules and the number of Hearts to be accumulated at any time, with or without notice, within the limits of applicable regulations.
- The number of Hearts required to obtain a reward may be increased, a reward may be withdrawn, and usage restrictions may be imposed at any time.
- Members acknowledge that rewards may not be available under all circumstances.
- Vapiano France may terminate the program, in whole or in part, without notice, or suspend it, particularly in the event of circumstances beyond its control (IT/electronic failures, transmission interruptions) or if required by applicable law.
